Ingredients
1 Cup Chicken Strips
1 Cup Mixed Berries
½ Cup Cucumber Slices
2 Cups Fresh Lettuce Green Leaves
½ Cup Mixed Nuts
8 Cloves Minced Garlics
½ Cup Thinly Sliced Onions and Scallions
½ Cup Fresh Tomatoes and Bell Peppers
3 Lemons to Squeeze Around
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
A Little Pinch of Salt and Pepper to Taste
½ Cup Croutons to Sprinkle Around
3/4 Cup Russian Dressing
Chicken Onion Berries Cucumber Lettuce Salad
Procedure
Cook the Marinated 1 Cup Chicken Strips in a Pan on a Medium Heat with 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 8 Cloves Minced Garlics, ½ Cup Thinly Sliced Onions and Scallions, ½ Cup Fresh Tomatoes and Bell Peppers, 1 Lemon to Squeeze Around, 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, A Little Pinch of Salt and Pepper to Taste.
Bring to Boil and simmer until cooked and tender! When slightly turn into golden brown, turn over on the other side and do the same process!
Put the rest of ingredients on a Salad Bowl like 1 Cup Mixed Berries, ½ Cup Cucumber Slices, 2 Cups Fresh Lettuce Green Leaves, ½ Cup Mixed Nuts!
Pour over the cooked chicken strips as toppings over the salad!
Squeeze 2 Lemons Around and ½ Cup Croutons to Sprinkle Around.
Add 3/4 Cup Russian Dressing.
Ready to serve and eat!
